The Manila Philharmonic School of Music is offering a comprehensive lessons on violins, brass, cello, and other instruments. There are beginners and advanced classes every Saturday from 9AM-6PM. Classes are held at the ground floor of the Founders residence. Currently there are 3 violin teachers and 1 brass teacher.

    Beginners

    For Individuals:

              P6,000                            12 sessions

    For Group (min. of 4 students, max. of 6)

    Intermediate

    Schedule of Classes

    Every Fridays of the week, 2:00-6:00 p.m.

    Venue:  MPO Office and PhilamLife Theater
     

          Terms of Registration:

    Ø      Twelve (12) sessions are to be availed regularly.  No make-up classes. 

    Ø      In the event of necessary absence,  the guardian/parent/ student must inform the facilitators within 48 hours period to reschedule the class otherwise, a day’s session is forfeited.

    Ø      The student must provide his/her own violin.  If none, there are units that can be rented for 12 sessions.

    Ø      Recital is staged once a year and only qualified student can participate in it.

    Ø      Assessment record will be given to students or parents if student is below 15, after six (6) sessions to keep track of the development of the student.

    Ø      Courses are open for interested applicants of all ages.  Levels to be taken are upon the discretion of instructor based on preliminary assessment.
